Victoria is versatile and adapts to change seamlessly as she supports Sharova Law Firm in sales, fosters client relationships and assists all attorneys and paralegals.

Victoria was born and bred in Belarus and graduated from a Belarus law school. She also did a law school exchange program in Hungary and completed a masters and phD studies in Economics and Management in Warsaw, Poland. As she did during her studies, Victoria balances work and recreation with weekly strength training workouts, uses her bicycle as much as possible, reads psychology and science fiction books and enjoys traveling abroad to Asia and to other European countries.

Victoria continues to evolve meeting the firm’s growing needs with her abilities to communicate and negotiate effectively as well as utilizing her fluent multilingual skills in English, Russian and Polish languages.
